The small footprint FWS-S and TFB-S are ideal for crowded workspaces; the deep dish design allows for efficient ribbon floating and pickup. The FWS-L and TFB-L have an 8” x 11” removable glass dish. The FWS models feature builtin heated slide drying areas and a 2” x 2” HISTOorientor for removing wrinkles. All models have heat-resistant plastic housing and a low profile for user comfort.

Microprocessor-Controlled Temperature Regulation

Temperature is precisely controlled to prevent tissue imperfections such as cracking and layer separation that can result from temperature fluctuation. All heated areas (dishes, drying areas, and HISTOorientators) can be individually temperature-controlled according to user preference.

Optimum Lighting with No Glare

The LED light array combined with a high-contrast background allows greater visibility than conventional waterbaths. The light array is strategically positioned on the side of the glass dish (away from the user) so maximum light is shed on ribbons with the least amount of glare.

Simple to Clean
